Klaus Steinman, MA
I believe therapy is a place to better understand not only what we’re feeling, but why we may be feeling it. I enjoy bringing psychoeducation into the therapy room, helping clients explore the connection between the brain, body, relationships, and overall well-being in ways that feel practical and relevant to their everyday lives.
I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, especially those navigating relationship changes, major life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, neurodivergence, or simply adjusting to a season of life that feels different than expected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment and person-centered care. Rather than assuming there is one “right” way forward, I meet clients where they are and help them better understand their experiences, recognize patterns, and uncover tools that support meaningful and sustainable growth.
I’m also deeply committed to continuing to grow as a clinician. My interests in ongoing education and research include attachment, peer relationships, and the ways our connections with others shape how we understand ourselves and move through the world. At Helping Hands Counseling, I hope to offer clients a space where curiosity can replace judgment, their experiences are genuinely valued, and they feel supported as they work toward greater connection, resilience, and well-being..
