Daneisha Lyons, MSSW
Hi, I’m Daneisha, and I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and genuinely seen. My passion for mental health has grown through both personal experiences and professional work in community and advocacy settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals and families navigating difficult life experiences and challenges.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and have experience working in settings including the Family Justice Center and community-based services. I enjoy working with children (ages 6+), teens, college students, and women as they navigate anxiety, life transitions, emotional challenges, self-esteem concerns, and healing from difficult experiences. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered, and I strive to create a space where clients feel encouraged, understood, and empowered as they move toward growth and healing.
I believe meaningful change happens through connection, curiosity, and creating a space where you don’t have to carry things alone.
